"I wanted so much to love this place. It was a location that I hoped that I could use again and again but unfortunately there was no building provided heat on the first night of the stay. Only a small electric heater that took a lot to track down from the host. I had to wear my coat that first night. I was very dissatisfied with the correspondence with the host. So much about the space was good, but no heat was a deal breaker."

I wouldn't necessarily say this was a "luxury" apartment but it had everything we needed and the communication with the host/property manager was top notch!"
