"The water in the shower was cold two days and scorching hot one day and the temperature could not be adjusted. We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. "No smapoo to wash your hair. You can always buy some for a pound (but the vending machine was empty). Over the top of a KFC, which means a lot of mess and late noise. Loud music being played in cars in the early hours of the morning. If your a women on your own, you will porbably be frightened of the car park. Food there is average."
