"The property is clean and the kitchen well stocked. The bed was not great, a little creaky. They should provide shampoo, as this is standard in most places. We had an ongoing issue with check in for months prior to our arrival. They should use Expedia messaging communication to simplify the experience for customers. I would stay there again, if the...

8/10 Good
"Very nice views close to Jelenia Gora , close to Japanese Garden / Park . This is not a place where You will go for all convenience . It is a more of resort than a regular hotel, if U R looking for more of the hotel like experience this one it is not . More for families with kids for longer stay . Kitchen is fully stocked , wood stove , lots of cabinet space ....nice but not necessary my type of place . Spa , pool, some other services on site .Clean overall , staff is very welcoming"
