Cons:
Service at the restaurant (Grill) was terrible - we waited 45 minutes, just to get our drinks. We had to constantly chase to get them to bring food - similar story was happening at breakfast, even though the place did not look very busy.
Staff at the reception was also disorganised - we had booked our air transfers in advance and had everything agreed - but the night before we had different people contacting us with completely different information
WhatsApp communications were also generally useless if you wanted a response within the hour"
