Cute and simple summer cottage

Tucked in a shady private road in the heart of the North Fork wine district with access to the white sandy beach of the beautiful horseshoe Hog's Head Bay, this simple cottage offers a relaxing respite from urban living. Its proximity to the vineyards and other North Fork destination towns such as entertaining Mattituck, historic Southhold and seaward Greenport, makes for numerous possible excursions, fun for all ages. But you may not want to leave! The unusually sandy and calm shores of the bay are one of Long Island's hidden treasures, away from the crowds of public beaches, and ideal for swimming, kajaking, fishing, and watching fireworks on the 4th of July. The cottage has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and two smaller rooms with bunk beds, ideal for children. There is a kitchen, outdoor grill, full bath, outdoor shower and washer/dryer. You can gather with family and friends around the fireplace in the living room, in the sun porch or on room front and back decks.
