Detached 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private south facing pool.

The Villa is situated in a very scenic area, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the side of a mountain. Denia is 10 minutes by car and Javea is 15 minutes by car. This is a residential area with a supermarket, tennis courts, horse riding, pharmacy, restaurants and an information office. There is a large shopping mall 5 minutes drive by car which houses all the popular shops i.e. Zara, Clarks, C&A, Casa, Eroski and Aldi to name but a few, together with McDonalds and several other restaurants. The villa overlooks a fertile valley growing oranges and almonds. Denia and Javea offer excellent beaches, restaurants and lots of amusements for children. Denia has a beautiful Marina which also has outstanding restaurants and a sea view of a castle.
It is essential that you have access to a car as the villa is situated in a semi-rural location.

Bedroom 1 - King size bed, air conditioning, patio door onto large terrace overlooking pool and garden. En-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds with fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture overlooking terrace and pool.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds joined (6ft), fitted wardrobe and usual bedroom furniture overlooking front garden.

Bathrooms:
En-suite to Bedroom 1 with bath/ shower, wc and hand basin.
Family shower room with wc, wash basin and walk-in shower.

Kitchen:
Medium size with larder fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave coffee percolator, electric kettle, toaster, electric juicer, condiments, good quality pans/ utensils and fire extinguisher.

Utility Room:
Washing Machine, iron & board, boiler, large fridge/ freezer, sun loungers.

Hall cupboard:
Hoover, electric blow heaters, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket.

Living and Dining Room:
Lounge has 2 sofas and one large arm chair, TV, video and DVD, coffee table, various lamp tables, glass and crockery display unit, 2 large rugs on floor.
Separate dining area alongside kitchen, with glass topped table and 4 chairs.

Other:
Washing line in pump room, security system installed.

Towels/ Linen:
Towels/ Beach towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are included.

Terrace:
BBQ and utensils, table and chairs and parasol.

Outside:
Private pool 8 x 4 meters, beautiful secluded gardens front and rear with palms, bougainvilla, plumbego, jasmine, lavender, olive, orange, lemon, grapefruit and jacaranda. Six poolside lounger beds with cushions, dining table and 4 chairs, 2 arm chairs, parasol, shaded area on terrace with roller shade and parking for 2/3 car at side of villa..

Important points:
There is a driveway at the side of the villa which can park 3 cars. This is on a slope and care must be taken when parking the car. The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated to cater for all seasons. Villa is enclosed by 3 gates, one at the entrance and one at either side of the property.
There is a small gate leading from the terrace to prevent small children from wandering.

Please note for the comfort and safety of yourself and that of other guests, the villa is strictly non-smoking, so smokers please smoke outside and dispose of butts cleanly and safely.
No pets allowed.

A gem in the mountains
Had a wonderful 2 week stay in Villa Howard. A very quiet location, well-appointed villa and comfortable home for a fortnight. Despite the temperature being very hot, there was plenty of shade on the terrace. We had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday and revisit some of our favourite places around La Sella. Our agent, Inma, was very helpful and we didn't really have to bother her too much! The pool was a welcome cool-off place for us and we spent so much time in it! The main measure, is that we would happily stay here again. Many thanks Peggy

Home from Home
We stayed at the villa for two weeks in August 2019 and I wish I was still there. The Villa is perfectly laid out and so comfortable. A real home from home. Inma was lovely and helpful on arrival and I am sure would have been on hand should we have any problems but we didn’t. The terrace and pool were just amazing such a sun trap, the pool was the perfect temperature and perfect size. The owners also left beach chairs etc.. for you to use should you wish too (bonus!!) If you are coming to the villa you do not need to pack any towels or uk plug adapters as there are many for you to use. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and also with things like salt/pepper and condiments there were even tea bags for when we arrive (perfect). The journey to the villa is up some very steep hills and a car is essential even for a pop to the shops but the view far makes up for it, it is stunning. I would return tomorrow and probably will. Thanks you Peggy and family and Inma for our best family holiday yet x

Relaxing break in great villa
Lovely property, situated in a quiet residential area, overlooking mountains and the sea in the distance. Property was very clean and extremely well equipped for a family of 5, including three teenagers. The pool was great and deep enough to swim properly in - will never book a villa without our own pool again! The outside terrace area was huge, bigger than we expected so plenty of room for table/chairs and sun-loungers. The local agent, Inma was lovely and welcoming and very helpful when we got a little lost driving from the airport! The meeting with her and handover of keys etc. and back again was easy and straightforward. We had an issue with the electricity on our last night but she was immediately responsive and arranged for electrician to visit. I would advise you need a car as no public transport nearby and roads in urbanisation quite hilly. There is one restaurant on site, which was nice and a small shop selling basics but otherwise you need to travel to nearby towns for supermarket/restaurants/amenities. Communication and booking with Peggy beforehand was easy and she responded promptly to a few questions that I had. We all had a great holiday - many thanks

Well equipped bungalow style villa - highly recommended
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this villa if you have young children. Being a bungalow style villa means there are no worries about internal or external staircases; our 3 year old grandson loved having the run of the house in / out of bedrooms and a safe easy access to the outside / pool. ( the pool is not gated so children must be supervised 24/7) The villa is exceptionally well equipped and ample towels are provided. The only disappointment was not having a working BBQ; we missed that a lot !

Extremely well equipped villa, with fantastic mountain views. One of the best villas we have stayed in for cleanliness, facilities and views. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well placed to explore nearby towns and villages including Javea (our fave - the quieter end near the old town). Nearby shop, good restaurant and pharmacy only a couple of minutes drive away on the La Sella complex. Extremely good communication with the owner and local contact prior to arrival.

Light and airy interior. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Beautiful views from the large terrace.
Really enjoyed our stay at La Sella. The villa was clean, well equipped and had a large terrace with a beautiful swimming pool, which was maintained to the highest standard. The views were stunning from the terrace with views of mountains and a fertile valley. Plenty to do in the surrounding area with restaurants, beaches and great shopping.
