The place needed a lot of repairs I.e. wallpaper was peeling, other wall was falling a part with plaster crumbling from it, upper level living room wall/shelf appeared to have mold as well as the upper level bathroom, no hot water to shower on the main level, microwave did not work, internet nor any of the T.v.’s worked on upper level, all of the kitchen dish ware needs to be replaced. "The apartment is centrally located amidst the national government area with lots of ministries and even the capital buildings near by. Malls and parks in east walking distance. Comunication with the property manager was outstanding! Excellent security and parking on site. Highly recommend."
