Nice clean quiet place to stay, would stay there again if in the area.
Great accommodations, convenient location, private & quiet! We have stayed here multiple times & look forward to spending many more relaxing visits in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
The property is well maintained and clean. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax this property is an excellent choice!
The "Bunk House" is tops!
The option for one night stays is VERY convenient as well.
The Bunk House offered everything (and more) that we had expected. A quiet, secluded, beautiful area that made it hard to leave to come home to the city. The cabin was spotless and has everything you could need. Truly one of the best getaways we have had.
We really enjoyed staying in this cabin and in this area. It was convenient for the activities we had planned, and it was so peaceful to start and end the day rocking on the front porch. We usually visit this area twice a year and plan on staying here from now on. Highly recommend it!!!
The Bunk House was just as good this time around and was the perfect place for us to enjoy a quiet and restful anniversary getaway.
We sat on the porch the first evening and were serenaded by a pair of screech owls. What better way to end the day?
Great cabin, amenities, cleanliness and convenience to all the local attractions we wanted to visit. Thanks again Karen & Lewis for another wonderful vacation experience!
This cabin is definitely a 10! Very clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed is so comfy! It was really hot and humid during our stay but the cabin was cool. We explored 4 state parks and Serpent Mound. The bed was very welcoming after a day of hiking in the heat. Mel’s Main Street Grill was quaint. Recommend this cabin. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, quiet, well cared for property. If you are looking for a location away from the bustle for a reasonable price, this is a great location. Near great hiking, Amish businesses and historic sites. Has all the basics in the kitchen and coffee. Bring all your own toiletries and hair dryer. If you message the owners, you get a quick response. Very helpful.
We had a beautiful time. The scenery is amazing so is area it’s in. I had the best birthday of my life. Thank you!! The cabins are absolutely gorgeous, so relaxing and quiet, and very comfortable.
Way out of the way and exactly what we were looking for to have space / distance to breath. Spent 5 days and will stay again next time we are in the area.
Yes, you will be in a working farming area and hear cattle and equipment - as well as the distant highway - but absolutely amazing property!
Great little cabin in a great little cabin collection in a sleepy valley in Amish country
Only negative is the flood light high on a pole over the fire pit area. Comes in at dusk, bathed the otherwise serene darkness with eye-stabbing white LED light. Ruins the fire pit experience and floods the bedroom with bright unnatural light at night. 🥺
From booking to communication with the hosts, to check-in, everything was quick, easy and efficient. The Bunk House cabin is neat as a pin and very comfortable. The decor is fun and we loved the rocking chairs on the porch.
The pond was an added bonus and the evening chorus of frogs just made sitting outside in the evenings even better. Speaking of which, being able to turn the outside light on/off ourselves is a great feature and well-worth doing because the stargazing is fabulous!
Lewis & Karen are great hosts and respond quickly to questions while giving guests their privacy at the same time.
This was our first visit to Pine Valley Cabins and we enjoyed it so much we booked our second visit before we checked out.
Thanks again Lewis & Karen, your property is amazing and we appreciate your willingness to share it with your guests!

The property was listed as 1 and 1/2 baths. The owner said he would tell his agent to change that. I would not have booked this property had I known that there was only one bath., which ended up being a hassle.
I contacted the owner and his agent with no response. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience.
