"The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean."

"The rooms are rundown. The linens were damp!!! My reservation was for a double king beds but they don’t even exist there (Expedias fault there) but I got a king bed with thin mattresses covered by a thin cotton topper, and a sleeper sofa with stained mattress and no topper."
