"The apartment was not very clean. The towels were old and the sheets were not enough for the number of people. They were responsive however and supplied more sheets when we asked. The place ran out of hot water quickly."

"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...
