"Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was fast with no issues. The complimentary breakfast was nice enough with lots of choice. The only issue was the bathroom needed to attention as the panel at the back of the bath/shower was cracked. Loads of towels and toiletries. Would definitely recommend 😊"

"I was skeptical at first. I was worried when I saw they had outside entrances to the rooms. However, they did have metal stoppers at the top corner to keep anyone from busting in & bolt locks on the doors. We had no problems and the bed was comfy, the room was clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating and made sure my friends and I had 3 rooms beside each other. "

"I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. The number listed on Expedia went straight to voicemail because the office isn’t open on weekends and the number on Google was disconnected. I was pressed for time and could not check-in to the room I booked so I had to search nearby for a hotel...

"The property is in a great location. Five to ten min the walk to Broadway. We stayed in a one bedroom unit. The unit was very basic and the unit definitely could have used a good deep clean. My only complaint would be that there are no blackout blinds/curtains in the bedroom. We were with a group and had a total of three rooms not one had blackout blinds.
