"Room was very clean and the hotel staff very very, very very helpful location is central close to the fish market and the Clocktower, which are drop points for many car service for convenience. It’s a good location."

The manager Mr Naresh failed to write down our order and got the order wrong . We had to endure a 30 min wait for the correct order. and it did not any soft drinks other than coke . It failed here. We saw him pacing up and down the Resturant but he failed to apologise and no other managers apologised . Very arrogant . Very rude young porter with a steely stare who wanted a tip !
