"The hotel is spotless and the staff are friendly. I had a room on the 9th floor facing the road but it was very noisy at night - some vehicles were being driven very fast between 3 and 5 a.m. both nights. I’ll take ear plugs the next time I stay. The only other small issue was the apparent lack of a safe in the room."

"Breakfast was really good, totally worth it. Bathroom amenities were lacking. Did not find a soap, except for liquid. There was a single shower towel. The hose on the shower detached mid shower and there was no direct way to redirect water back to the overhead stationary shower head. I had to rinse with tub faucet water. But the main issue was the fact that I had booked 4 nights same as my flight. When my flight changed I had to book the day before. So I could stay only 3 nights. When I shared that with hotel staff they recommended I have Expedia send a request to the hotel and they would approve it. They said we approve this all the time. When the request was sent from Expedia hotel reservations desk rejected it. It made me feel somehow treated differently than other previous cases. Staff at front desk were stunned and in disbelief. Oh Well!!!"

"Overall great employees at front desk, concierge, bellboy desk and room cleaning. Fantastic buffet breakfast and Lounge at 26 floor that could use some improvements for breakfast time (some croissants perhaps?). Great location and a bakery at the lobby with amazing desserts."
