We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "This is a large apartment with good amenities, including a combination washer and dryer. The apartment has four levels and there are a fair amount of stairs to get to the apartment. If this is not an issue for you, then I would highly recommend this place."
