"I’m not sure where to start, but I’ll say AMAZING! This house has a great location, and the adjacent terraced gardens were beautiful. Our family spent a lot of time swimming and jumping into the lake from the lowest terrace. The house was nice and well appointed. The host was great with communication, and this house provided an incredible place for our family vacation. Memories for a lifetime!"

"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small to medium sized...
