"The hotel was very good. It leans more toward excellent than good with its Lake Huron views, amenities, and helpful staff. The water park was cool but some elements were closed or removed, big slides and lily pads. So not as fun for the older kids, but We made the best of it. The arcade did not have a working quarter dispenser so we could not play the games. That being said, the staff was AMAZING, especially Elisa. Very kind and helpful. They made all the difference in our stay!"

"I like the convenience to the highway and getting too downtown Petosky was a breeze. Getting to other attractions were easy to get to. Only thing I see needs some updates within the room. The bathroom needs a towel rack and towel hook replaced in the room I was in."
