The air conditioning did not work properly and we complained about it daily and multiple times each day. They kept trying to fix it to no avail. Was disappointed with that and I think they should have offered us some comps or a percentage off the room. "

"This property is perfect for a relaxing stay away. The staff are all very friendly and during our stay (mid-Sep) there were plenty of sunloungers at the beach and the pool. There is a lovely spa availaible on site. The buffet was fine but i would not say it was 5 star quality. The other restaurant was also closed so there were no other options except to drive or take a taxi into Ermioni (about 10mins away). The all inclusive only had the buffet as an option which was slightly disappointing....

"What a great hotel and offering, beautiful inviting lobby. Loved both the pool and the easy access across the path to beach lounges if desired (other hotels along the beachfront we observed required crossing the busy road to get to beach). Staff were obliging, great breakfast offering, easy, large and free onsite parking. Rooms and shower pressure great however shower over bath does not have curtain which we found a little messy and would encourage the hotel to address this feature. Wifi...

"Lovely resort but limited restaurants, shops closed or not open for long. Also trading hours of pools and bars and swimming pools need to be longer ! "
