Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Drindend abzuraten, das schlechteste Hotel mit leeren Versprechungen auf Pemba. Extrem unfreundliche Empfangsdame, Kunden- und Gastfreundschaft gibt es nicht, nur monoton Regelpredikten. Klima defekt, nach 1 Stunde Zimmerwechsel, Extrem schmutziges Zimmer inkl. Bad, Spiegel, Böden, etc. In beiden Superior Zimmern 2 schöne Shampoo/Duschgel-Spender aber überall LEER Gross beworbenes Frühstücksbuffet gibts nicht, der Obstteller sind 3 Melonenstücke, Kaffee grauselig. Safe: Davon hatten wir nach 2 Stunden 3 verschiedene, die alle nicht angeschraubt sind und alle nicht funktionieren. 3 bemühte Männer können das Problem nicht lösen, die Rezeptionistin erklärt dann, dass die Räume sicher sind und es Schlüssel gibt. Warum gibt es dann eigentlich überhaupt Safes?
