"Great hotel overall, and the location is very convenient. If there’s one thing that fell sho, especially for a hotel of this caliber, is housekeeping- definitely needs better management, being more diligent and thorough when cleaning the rooms, and not having to contact them at 5pm to show up for cleaning the rooms when we were out of the room all day!"
