"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. "We thoroughly loved this hotel stay in Gili. This hotel is on the west side of the island, far enough from the parties that you sleep well and it’s quiet. Our villa with a pool was absolutely lovely, the outdoor bathroom was a fun experience. The staff here was so nice and welcoming and made sure we were being taken care of. Being on the west you get the sunset and enjoying this every evening by the pool or restaurant lounge beds was amazing, they even had acoustic music every night. I definitely recommend this hotel. "
