"Communication from our (very friendly and endlessly helpful) hosts was absolutely faultless via email initially, and then via WhatsApp. This all helped inspire confidence before we arrived. The apartment (villa) location overlooking the valley is amazing, and the property is easily found only just off the main road through the town. "The check-in left me at the gate for 1.5 hours when the key code was not working. It took a while to reach someone on the contact numbers. On day 2 the key code for the main house was not working. It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay."
