Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento, ben arredato ed in posizione ottima per pernottare tra Cordoba e Sevilla. La piccola citta di Penaflor e carina, molto tranquilla. Proprietario e molto gentile e disponibile - grazie Oscar Matin :-) L'appartamento consigliamo a tutti voi, il nostro soggiorno e stato fantastico, purtoppo solo per una notte.

House with character

We stayed in this house for four nights in May. The house has a lot of character and charm. Well situated between Seville and Cordoba. There's a trainstation in the village, five minutes walk. The house was nicely decorated, and in fact, it's not a real cave, but a bit 'in between'. The entrance is as a 'normal' house on the street, with windows. You can't see it from the outside. The inner walls, bedroom and bathroom have the typical cave walls, with nice windows 'look through' to kitchen. We like the house, but the fact there is no space outside and it is a bit dark inside, it would be graet if there was more comfort in the house, to compensate this. The house is quite basic equipped, kitchen for instance. We like cooking on our holidays so for us it was a bit improvising. The host was very friendly and keen to help us with information about the surroundings. Oscar, thank you!

Estancia especial

El apartamento es completamente diferente a todo lo que han visto hasta ahora. Completamente equipado, con un gusto exquisito y un cuidado en el detalle que te obliga en cierta manera a intentar quedarte en él. Y lo mejor es que no te acostumbras. El trato del propietario es muy bueno, sobre todo a la hora de responder preguntas sobre el pueblo, pues en cuanto al apartamento en sí, no hubo problema ninguno. Para los que se planteen visitarlo, será una experiencia no vivida hasta ahora. ( Recomendable para ir en pareja).

Original,calme et propriétaire très sympa

Petite maison un peu type troglodyte. Humide et fraiche pour la saison, en été cela doit être parfait. Très juste au niveau vaisselle mais le propriétaire nous a dit de lui demander des choses si besoin ce que nous n'avons pas fait. Calme et tranquille. Réception Wifi pas terrible.

Beautiful and special apartment in a nice little town

We spent five days in this "casa cueva" in a small village in between Sevilla and Cordoba. The place is special: a house built at the stone wall, so you still have that cave feeling inside. This, however, is also the big downside: the place is quite clammy, and we always had the feeling everything is a bit wet. Oscar and his wife are very nice and helpful people; always attentive and being very good hosts. The apartment is well kept and very clean. The place is very well situated; both Sevilla and Cordoba can be well visited by either train or car. We also liked the small town feeling!

Perfecto, entorno y casa preciosa, muy recomendabl

Fuimos para navidades y esperábamos algo mas nomralito, pero la sorpresa fué muy agradable, la casa muy muy chula, en una calle super original de pueblo al lado de la plaza principal, sabanas limpias, toallas super cómodas tele en el dormitorio y grande en el salón y la cocina super chula abierta al salón, en el dormitorio un pozo original y estaba como en una muralla dentro de la casa, muy recomendable para visitar Córdoba y sevilla, está en medio de las dos ciudades.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

Excellent house in central yet quiet location. Well equipped and very clean. Owner extremely helpful and pleasant and gave good advice on things to do and see. Would recommend as an excellent base for staying and seeing Seville and Cordoba

good location

good location within walking distance to train station and is located inbetween Cordoba and Seville. also within walking distance of bars/restaurants. the house is clean and well kept and we did not have any problems with the house. Oscar was very helpful and responsive. the town definitely has a small home-town feel..... the only downside is it is damp feeling as it is built in castle walls and only has two windows and because we are used to a lot of natural light this felt a bit dark at times. there could be a bit more kitchen utensils etc. Not sure why the photos include a pool as there is no pool available that we were made aware of.

Ideal spot

This place is perfect! Ideal location between Cordoba and Seville, with easy access to everything. Nice easy going little town living at a leisuly pace...etc...get the picture? Plus, the apartement is cute, with everything exactly right , including the owner who is extremely helpfull but, as most spaniards, not nosy. Easy to recommend this place, Lily, from Montreal

MARAVILLOSO ALOJAMIENTO

Nos encantó el alojamiento,una casa de ensueño con muchisimo encanto.La casa era tal y como se describía totalmente equipada,limpieza inmejorable y la ubicación estupenda,es un lugar tranquilo situado entre cordoba y sevilla en el que pudimos visitar ambas ciudades sin tener que cojer el coche pues dispone de buenisimas convinaciones de trenes,el propietario Oscar, super amable y atento nos hizo sentir como en casa,sin duda la recomendamos y por supuesto volveremos.

Great Apartment

Our stay in Seville was great!!! The house was great. It was clean, had everything we needed for our week stay, located on a very quiet street with quiet neighbors. It was within walking distance of supermarket, bar, restaurants, train station. Oscar were very welcoming and helpful. They were available for any questions we may have had at any time. Perfect for visiting Cordoba and Seville Thank you Oscar for a great week!!!

un gite étonnant

Gite très atypique, très bien équipé et un peu humide en fin d'hiver.Très belle décoration et aménagement plein de charme. Accueil très sympatique de son propriétaire Oscar qui fait tout pour rendre le séjour très agréable. Penaflor est très bien situé pour aller à Séville ou à Cordoue en train et en voiture.
