"Beautiful historic hotel with amazing views and a fantastic sunset. Staff was very nice and helpful (were upgraded to a nicer room for low cost). Breakfast was so good with “make to order” options. Pool area was lovely. It is a climb to get to the hotel from town so wouldn’t recommend if you don’t plan to drive to town. On-site dining options are wonderful. Perfect stay!"
"The setting is fantastic, almost on a mountain top. The hotel is an old monastery with 3ft wide walls and wonderful views of nature. They have a full spa to relax. We took one of the many walking routes around the hotel. Highly recommend if you like hiking through tons of greenery. The temperature was warm during the day and cool at night. All personnel we interacted with was very helpful and amicable. I recommend contacting the hotel directly if you are not driving from Ourense, our navigator...
