"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"The unit needs to maintain better and the aircons has to be cleaned on routinely basis. The aircons are full of dust. The windows locks need to change and some are defective. Can be improved overall"
