"I've stayed here on several occasions, the service is great, the cleanliness, it's a quiet and peaceful place, the only thing I didn't like is that there have been 3 times that at 10 and 10:30 in the morning the cleaning staff were knocking on the door, when check out is supposed to be at 12:00pm, once i was taking a bath and I had to leave the bathroom and tell them I was still there, the cleaning staff got angry and made bad comments in Spanish (I speak both languages), otherwise it is an excellent and nice place to spend the night. 🌙 "

"We stayed there in 2024 and had terrible service from front desk to the bar and restaurant. This visit 5/25 it was back to the old Marcus Whitman- Great Hospitality on the phone and at the front desk. Fantastic service in the bar and restaurant. Our only issues are 1) the bathrooms are tiny! 2) being put in a room across from the very noisy elevator! . "
