Peaceful holiday home near the beach

This serene holiday home in Pénestin, Brittany, comes with 2 bedrooms, a terrace, and a garden. It is suitable for small families with children or a group of friends.

The home is only 0.3 km from the sandy beach in Pénestin. The region is ideal for hiking and water sports. In 0.8 km, there are supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Arzal, La Roche-Bernard, and Vannes are a must for excursions. There are two 18-hole golf courses around 25 km away: Bretesche golf course and La Baule golf course.

Superbe environnement - séjour agréable.

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants et ont très bien expliqué la maison et tout ce qui est important. Tout ce dont on a besoin est disponible, la cuisine est bien équipée, tout est très propre et il y a beaucoup de place. L'équipement est exactement comme décrit. La mer et la plage sont à quelques minutes de la maison. Notre semaine est passée très vite et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et les environs. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Abwechslungsreicher Wohlfühlurlaub

Ein schöner, vielfältiger und erholsamer Sommerurlaub in der Bretagne! Jederzeit wieder in diesem zweckmäßigen und schönem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit schönem, großen Grundstück. Als Fahrradurlaub bestens geeignet.

Vrijstaand huis ('secondaire') in badplaats Pénestin op het eind van een doodlopend weggetje. Op ca. 5 minuten van het strand. Voorzien van een grote tuin, enkele grote bomen, ligstoelen en volop schaduw. Een ruime living met aparte eetkamer, keuken, bijkeuken, wat krappere toilet en doucheruimte. Zeer ruime zolder met 3x tweepersoonsbedden (prima matrassen) en een babybed. Alles in ruime mate aanwezig. Ideale plek om de omgeving te verkennen. Superattente gastheer en eigenaar (Joel).

Vriendelijke ontvangst met rondleiding door de eigenaar. Het was een mooi huis met een grote tuin met veel privacy. De inrichting van het huis zou iets gezelliger kunnen. Enige minpunt was voor mij de keuken: er was van alles zoveel dat het vooral een ratjetoe van niet bij elkaar horende spullen was. De pannen pasten niet bij de 2-pitskookplaat. Dus wat mij betreft: alles leeghalen, schoonmaken en sorteren. De directe omgeving had niet zoveel te bieden, maar het huis ligt op 10 minuten lopen van de kust en daar kun je fantastisch wandelen.

Aankomst tijd is ongelukkig.Vóór 16 uur is te vroeg. Leuke vakantie woning , moderne smaakvolle inrichting. Het huis is gelegen in een woonwijk bestaande uit vakantiewoningen en een enkele duurzaam gebouwde villa. Afgesloten tuinen en garages, een besloten wijk. Rust en veiligheid. Mooie rotsachtige kust met smalle toegang tot een smalle strook zandstrand, vlakbij om zomaar even naar toe te gaan. Evenals een restaurant-brasserie en bar. Het is er niet druk.

De ontvangst bij het vakantiehuis door Joel Dennier was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Er was gevraagd om een paar uur voor aankomst te bellen. Wij waren dat vergeten. volgende keer toch maar doen, want Joel moet vanuit Rennes naar Penestin komen. Het huis was prima gelegen, met een grote tuin erom heen, die met een hek kon worden afgesloten. het huis was groot met op de tweede verdieping slaapplaatsen voor 5 personen en een babybedje. als je luchtbedden meeneemt kan te er wel met z'n achten slapen. op de begane grond is nog een tweepersoons slaapkamer. Bestek, borden etc ruim voldoende, de inrichting van het huis is echter pover en had wel wat gezelliger gemogen. Het huis was keurig opgeruimd en schoon bij aankomst. Wij waren met z'n drieen, als je met meer dan vier personen bent, wordt wel enige improvisatie gevraagd. 1 badkamer, keukentafel en tafel in de huiskamer met 4 stoelen, tweepits elektrisch kookplaatje. Strand, bakker, supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. in de omgeving is genoeg te doen en te zien. Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt.

Mooi vakantiehuis met grote tuin van alle gemakken voorzien in een wat saaie buitenwijk met voornamelijk tweede woningen​ dus in juni heel rustig. Strand op loopafstand. Wandelpaden langs kust. Vooral oostkant is mooi. Wel wat ver van bezienswaardigheden als Vannes en Carnac. Bed in slaapkamer was voor ons helaas te hard. In de buurt vooral pizzeria's en creperies. Vannes, volgende de Morbihan, Carnac en Quiberon bezoek waard
