"This property is listed that it sleeps 8 people. It sleeps 6 people and there are blow up mattresses in the closet that you would have to put in the hallway to actually fit 8 people. We arrived as a family of 7 and nothing was set up nor were there sheets for the air mattresses. The apartment was very dirty, bathroom had hair all over, the floors were filthy and the worst part were the stained sheets that clearly were not clean. Disgusting, do not stay here. "The property is located in a very convenient part of center city. The apartment was clean and cozy. The steps were a challenge with luggage as they are very steep, but to be fair the description did share this information. We liked that the gas station was next door for coffee, gas and snacks. "

It is very easy to reach University City and 30th street station plus there are lots of restaurants nearby.
