The dock has a large floater with plenty of room. The interior has recently been completely renovated and boasts a chef's style kitchen brand new stainless steel appliances. The main level offers an open kitchen, breakfast bar with seating, 2 dining tables, and a living room with a comfortable seating and wall mounted flat screen TV along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room has access to the large deck, perfect for outdoor meals, or just relaxing with your morning coffee overlooking your gorgeous water views. Master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath, along with 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautifully renovated lower level offers 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry with full size washer/dryer. The downstairs family room has plenty of seating, foosball table, wall-mounted flat screen TV with. We do not allow events or parties. This includes but is not limited to: weddings, showers, work retreats, graduation parties, parties. No furniture may be placed on the lawn. No tape or pins permitted on walls or house. Failure to comply can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
This home has two exterior security cameras. One is pointed at the front door and one at the back entrance.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
