"Stay was good. Clean room and very nice staff. However, parking was hard to find and paying for parking after the price of the hotel was a tough pill to swallow. Should be included. There was also a bunch of teenagers throwing a hotel party so it was pretty loud outside."

"We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"

We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. "
