"Beds were comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were upgraded very nice. There was wallpaper coming apart from water damage possible mold setting in. The floors were not clean. If you ever go, you must take slippers. One of the lamps did not work. The other lamp was falling apart. There was a handprint on the wall. TV reception was good. The parking garage was filthy. Trash hadn’t been emptied for days."

"Very nice hotel, the breakfast, particularly the omelets were delicious. Room was nice, only minor issues. The bathroom was showing rust on the exhaust fan and the bathroom ceiling had what looked like little water damage paint bubbles. Overall, great hotel with plenty of amenities and great location with plenty of restaurants."

"I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this. That’s what made this stay even more disappointing. I generally know what to expect from the brand, and this location fell far below those expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. I stayed for three nights, and from the moment I arrived, there were issues. The carpet smelled like wet dogs, the elevators were unreliable, and by the second day both elevators were out of service, forcing guests to use the stairs. The room was not as clean as it should have been, with stained looking sheets, a patched leak in the bathroom ceiling, and dirt behind the toilet looking like feces. The shower didn’t work that well either. Even the phone was covered in grime when I wiped it down. I was very disappointed because I have always had positive experiences with Holiday Inn in the past. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again. On the positive side the grounds were kept clean and lots of parking available free of charge. Breakfast area was clean had a variety of food. The one exception was Michelle at the front desk. She was professional, helpful, and kind throughout my stay. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service and was the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience. Thank you, Michelle"

"First day and half the second floor smelled like a hot dumpster. The first floor at elevator 5 had a lingering smell of feces. There were missing condiments. And the shower head was so soft it took forever to rinse my hair and I’m close to bald. Also 15 min after I check in someone was trying to enter my room. Apparently they were issued the same room. I stay at a lot of Marriotts on east coast and Midwest. This is by far the worst managed and maintained Courtyard I have ever been to. I will not stay there again."

"So, here's the list: 1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and lingering around was annoying to see. 7. The pool wasn't clean and was full of debris. 8. The sheets on the bed "seemed" okay, but lots of hair underneath and near the headboard. Also, "black" ink-type spots may be an indicator of bedbugs. The staff was okay, but I get the vibe they are collecting a check. Very understandable given the state of the building."
