The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer. "

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"

We felt very looked after throughout our stay, as though we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
