Apartment on the Costa Azahar

The approximately 45 square meter apartment is located on the ground floor of the staggered row of houses with two apartments each and offers a wonderful distant view of the sea from the balcony. Sleeps for 4 people are available. Living-dining room with kitchenette, dining area, sofa bed and armchair, satellite TV, air conditioning heater, radiator, microwave oven, washing machine. Bathroom with tub. Bedroom with double bed, built-in closet and chest of drawers.
The Urb. Font Nova / Font Sol is about 4 km from the center of Peniscola. During high season June 15th-15th 09. the communal swimming pool with children's pool and the on-site tennis court can be used. Own parking lot is available. The bakery and supermarket are open in high season and are within walking distance. The holiday apartment is also a good starting point for excursions to the nearby Sierra de Irta, one of the last unspoilt areas of the Region of Valencia

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Appartement assez grand pour deux, la climatisation est indispensable dans cette rĂ©gion pour passer de bonne nuits. La literie ne convient pas pour des personnes de cinquante ans et plus. Les voisins Ă©taient bruyants et le logement mal insonorisĂ©, nous entendions l’eau couler chez les voisins, le rĂ©veil qui sonnait Ă  8h20 chez un voisin. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas par moment, elle ne soufflait que de l’air mais non refroidie. La piscine Ă©tait de bonne dimension, assez grande mais au bout de quatre jours les guĂȘpes Ă©taient trĂšs prĂ©sentes au dessus de l’eau et au bord de la piscine. Le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu de tout ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments un jour avant de partir et me l’a reprochĂ© et mettait ma parole en doute.

Séjour agréable en famille

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, le temps Ă©tait agrĂ©able, soleil et vent. TrĂšs jolie vue de la terrasse. Nous avons juste regrettĂ© le fait d’avoir Ă  payer l’électricitĂ© en plus, nous ne l’avions pas vu car cela est prĂ©cisĂ© seulement lorsque l’on clique sur les conditions et non dans la description. Cela met un peu de tension sur notre sĂ©jour car c’est un budget en plus que nous n’avions pas prĂ©vu, heureusement il n’a pas fait trop chaud donc nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisĂ© la clim. PropriĂ©taire rĂ©actif lorsqu’il a fallu rĂ©parer la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas mais un peu trop insistant sur le fait de ne pas trop l’utiliser pour l’environnement, dans ce cas on ne loue pas un appartement avec climatisation. Le coin est sympa, la piscine et l’espace autour avec l’herbe est agrĂ©able. La ville de peniscola est agrĂ©able, vivante et ses plages sont trĂšs bien, pas de difficultĂ© pour se garer mais places payantes.

Muchas masx.lejos que dos knts del centro lĂĄs camas no eran tale sino dos sofĂĄs transformados en cama un frigorĂ­fico de caravana sin congelador y una telvision estupenda pero Ășnicamente con canales alemanes y franceses.wn resumen NO LO RECOMIENDO EN GENERAS ,PERO EN TODO CASO NO A ESPAÑOLOES

TrÚs bon séjour

Le logement est trÚs bien équipé et propre. Tout le nécessaire à disposition (seul point négatif : réfrigérateur tout petit sans congélateur). Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais super paysage et environnement calme et reposant. Piscine au top. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Puente de octubre en Peñiscola

La estancia ha sido buena y hemos disfrutado muchĂ­simo de ella. La casa es muy acogedora y perfecta par 3 personas. EstĂĄ en una ubicaciĂłn estupenda y las vistas montaña-playa son increĂ­bles. Nos recibiĂł una amiga de Ersnt muy simpĂĄtica, el Ășnico inconveniente que tuvimos es que no hablaba nada de español. No obstante ella nos explicĂł en detalle todo lo necesario sobre la casa. La casa estĂĄ totalmente habilitada, el Ășnico problema que hemos tenido es que el grifo de la cocina goteaba continuamente y no hemos podido ver la TV ya que tanto esta como sus instrucciones y las del resto de electrodomĂ©sticos estaban en alemĂĄn. AdemĂĄs, en la app indicaba que contaba con batidora y a nuestra llegada vimos que no era asĂ­. Detalles a parte, el resto de la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria y hemos estado muy a gusto. RepetirĂ­amos!

Muy positiva experiencia. Limpio, cuidado, coqueto y con todas las facilidades. Un poco alejado del centro de Peñíscola pero lo compensaba con unas excelentes vistas a mar, montaña y buena urbanización.
