"Superb stay in a family owned Hotel that is clearly loved. Attention to detail makes every aspect a pleasure to see. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Cleanliness & service was perfect. "The rooms were old and took close to 12 hours to cool down once we arrived. The balcony was not suitable for infant as she could fall under the guardrail. The bathroom was outdated and moldy. The dining options were very limited and very crowded. The music at night went until 12 midnight which was very loud and too late. The staff was lovely though - very kind and helpful. The facility just needs a major upgrade for being marketed as a 4 star resort it didn’t meet my expectations. "

"Property is dated but clean. Very sparse in decor, no pictures on the wall. The location is good and convenient to the beach. We purchased the Full Board option but the food was pretty gross and the fact you have assigned times to eat felt very limiting. It wasn't ideal to plan our day around when we could eat. We ended up not eating there but there is an excellent restaurant just steps away. Overall, I'd give the property a 3.5 out of 5. Staff weren't very friendly or helpful. I don't think...
