It is located 100 m from the sandy beach “Playa Norte”, 150 m from the “Interurban” bus station, 2 km from the “Peñismar” supermarket, 4 km from the city “Peñiscola”, 6 km from the “Benicarlo/Peñiscola” train station, 10 km from the “Sierra de Irta” natural park, 45 km from the “Castellon” airport, 45 km from the “Panoramica” golf course and is located in an ideal area of Peñíscola for families and very close to the sea.

This apartment located on the seafront, has an elevator, terrace, heat pump heating, air conditioning, seasonal communal pool, a covered parking space in the same building and television.

The independent kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

Podía haber estado más limpio, faltaba un tostador en la cocina, en el baño no había ni una sola estantería o colgador para colgar una toalla, en el salón el mueble tenía polvo y los colchones estaban algo sucios, no nos dieron ni un protector para el colchón. La salida era antes de las 10 de la mañana, demasiado pronto para mi gusto

El piso cuenta con una única habitación con dos camas individuales de 90 . No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación y el toldo del balcón es como la vela del barco de piratas del caribe. La supuesta “segunda habitación “ es un salón con un sofá cama perfecto para generarte una hernia discal mientras observas la pantalla de 3 pulgadas que hay por televisor. Se ha tomado las molestias de poner una cortina negra opaca para darte el lujo de que no te vean mientras duermes. La alcachofa del baño esta rota y no se sujeta , una pena que nos diéramos cuenta cuando de nos cayo en la cabeza. En los muebles del salón había polvo como para enterrar un mapache. Menos mal que la piscina de la comunidad estaba bien por que es lo mejor del apartamento. No tienes apenas cubiertos ni ningún utensilio de cocina. Espero que con lo cara que es la estancia mejore sobretodo las cosas importantes del apartamento.
