The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just opposite Gyllyngvase Beach for instant seaside access, while still being a reasonable distance walk right into the town centre and harbour. Only one problem was the mattress on the double bed! Terrible sleep due to the large lump in the middle making you roll to each sides. This could easily be solved with a new mattress. "
