The back parking lot has sizable potholes but after the winter we've had, that's not terribly surprising. Both times I went to get a hot drink there were no hot cups available - perhaps they were isolated incidents, but 2 days in a row during breakfast was disappointing. All staff were very pleasant. Upgrading the TVs so people could use streaming services would be great!"
