fun friend reunion
the house is beautiful and the view is fantastic.it was fall so beautiful foliage..so much to see and do in the area..we are 5 70 ish ladies ..this was perfect for a fun getaway 🍁
What a beautiful place to spend the week. The house had everything we needed for cooking big family meals and plenty of space for games and conversations. We LOVED the boathouse space...the younger crowd stayed there but we all enjoyed being on the waterfront and using the kayaks or just sitting out on the dock. It was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational family gathering.
The property was fantastic, clean and all the amenities were as described. Communication was outstanding!!
Great location and the Host was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely book again
We were there for a 50th Birthday celebration. The property was very nice and had some unique decor. The house was nice and the lake access was perfect. The only reason why I gave four stars is because the description of the property said it’s five bedrooms and also the common area (boathouse) which included a queen and two twin beds. There was not a 5th bedroom with a double bed and we were down a bedroom for our guests.
The house was simply amazing! Loved the layout, the roominess, and especially loved the decor! The views from the main house were spectacular! Everything was provided for in the main house from towels, throw blankets, games, to coffee pods and laundry detergent. Evevry essential was there. The boat house is truly rustic. But also well equipped with everything thought of for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very low key. We were able to ride our bikes there without problem. We had three cars and had plenty of space. I would absolutely rent this property again!
Great location. Very unique house. We loved the side deck and game nights in the enclosed porch. Everything was included! Didn’t really need to bring anything but spices and food and yes we brought a knife sharpener thanks to other reviewers suggestion. Too hot to sleep in the boat house- no a/c but very cool area to hang in during the day. Beautiful dock and easy walk in access into the very clean lake! Management reached out to make sure everything was going well We loved our stay!!
We overall had a good stay but found that the property was not cleaned very well when we got there. We had to wipe out mouse poop from drawers before we put our clothes in them. The bottom of the oven was full of mouse poop, the oven was so dirty and caked in char we had to scrub it before we cooked. There was no propane. There was mold in the shower. The house itself is cute and is in a nice little location. The second little cottage is so cute and it’s nice having it right in the water. The stairs were a little challenging for the older individuals and only about 75% of the stairs were lit going down. The last 25% was completely dark and we had to have flashlights to see our way down. We would not likely stay again but it definitely has potential!
Check-in was smooth and easy. I had a little trouble finding the bunkhouse lockbox, but the property manager responded right away and was very helpful. We had five cars - parking was simple, with spaces in both the gravel lot and the main house driveway. The home is peaceful and welcoming. It is located on a quiet camp road on Keuka Lake’s east side, with easy access to wineries and activities. Still, we barely left—the property itself was perfect and so cozy. Friendly neighbors passing by added to the charm. The main house was spotless, well-appointed, and full of personality. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the sunroom and dock were favorite morning spots with gorgeous lake views. The art and decor gave it a creative, lived-in feel that made it more than just another rental. The separate bunkhouse by the water was so cute and clean. It had space heaters, warm bedding, a functional kitchen, and a nicely updated bathroom—rustic in the best way.The main kitchen had all the cookware we needed. Bring your own spices, oils, and maybe a knife sharpener. The grill worked well, and while we didn’t use the fire pit due to rain, it’s in a great spot.Wi-Fi was reliable, even with multiple users. Lake access was easy from both the dock and the shoreline. We loved that this property provided kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets. This rental is comfortable, beautiful, and full of thoughtful touches. We’re already planning our return!
