Serenity Zen House on Seneca Lake - Now with Town Water

The Serenity Zen House is uniquely perched overlooking Seneca Lake. This is the ideal spot for a get-away in the Finger Lakes. There are several excellent wineries within a mile of the house and it is close to all the Finger Lakes attractions. Great for families, couples and groups just looking to get away for a few days of fun. Only 10 minutes from Hobart and William Smith.

There is a large kitchen overlooking the lake. The living room has a gas burning fireplace with a cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous view of the lake.

The master suite features a king size bed and provides an unsurpassed views over the lake. There is a queen size bed in each of the other two guest rooms. Roll-away beds are also available.

There are two modern baths with a tub/shower in the guest bath and a large shower with seat in the master bath.

The home features extensive multi-level decks overlooking the lake,
There is a private beach with access down a set of stairs and the beach has a gentle slope into the lake for wading and swimming.

Located on a town road the home is very easy to access and is conveniently located just 10 miles south of Geneva and 25 miles north of Watkins Glen in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region.

This was one of the cleanest VRBO vacation homes we've stayed in. Beautiful views of the lake, amazing outdoor space. House was an easy drive to both Geneva and Penn Yan, our two favorite towns to visit in the Finger Lakes. Was super helpful that both our dogs could come spend the weekend with us and had plenty of space to play.

This was perfect for my three boys and our dog. The gated deck and dock were a great place to hang. The house was clean and beds comfortable. Linens etc was all as expected. The dead end street is nice and quiet as well. Would highly recommend.

It was a perfect get away for our family. We enjoyed the “serenity” of the lake and the spacious home with private deck and all the modern amenities. What an amazing house for our family vacation. It’s so well stocked and the owner is fast to get back to answer your every question! Outside of the house isn’t much to look at but once you open the front door, wow! The views and space are great! The outside space is breathtaking! We took advantage of the kayaks, water floats and bikes and had a great time. The house is close to several excellent wineries and not far from many others. I can’t say enough about this vacation home! Hope to come back again!

The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a couples retreat so one couple had a bigger room/bed than the other but it still worked out well. Beautiful deck and lake views. The owner had a quick response and was very friendly. If definitely recommend this house!
