"The alarm clock could not be programmed and worst of all there was NO hot water at 6am. I ran it for more than 10 minutes to no avail. It wasn't even lukewarm. The inside door of the elevator needs to be cleaned. Also, since I booked through Expedia, I knew there would be a $100.00 fee. However, they managed to charge it immediately but here it is, 5 days later and the $100.00 has not been refunded yet!"

"My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites wasn't so well. The check-in process was great & staff were very accommodating. However, upon checking into our 1st room, there was an awful stench coming from the A/C unit. Maintenance came & sprayed the room but it was short lived. We moved into another room which smelled okay; however, we had to deal with flying bugs & the pillows had an awful stench that smelled sour like pet urine. Breakfast also wasn't so great. I still like the Hampton Inn & Suites but I will not be staying back at this location."

"The staff was friendly; the room / bed was fine but the bathroom scruffy, worn, dated. Everything worked but I would not go back there. The pool was okay, the "fitness center" had a broken treadmill, a (working) elliptical and a (also working) stepping machine, did not use either some free-weights, which I used. Small but nobody there, so no problem. Breakfast is plain and uninspired. We were going out for breakfast."
