"8/19 stay started out good. Arrived 330 pm. Gentleman at the desk told me our room was not ready and he took my mobile #. Waited until 405 pm while he was checking others in. I stayed in the lobby in plain view of him. I went back to the desk ask if my room was ready he said let me check. He sad your name is what. He then said let me check. Your room is ready. Wow. Never got a mobile alert. After the wait received cards to the room and the keys did not work. Back down with the luggage. Got the cards reprogrammed. He did not say anything like sorry about that. He just passed the cards to me. He was very rude."
