"La vista al lago es buena la piscina no es climatizada el chalet bueno pero mucho polvo no hay variedad de comida todo cierra a las 10pm y no se puede hacer nada es muy costoso salir del lugar… asegúrense de estar firme con su reserva yo reservé y pagué y no me querian dar mi habitación porque segun ellos lo que pague era la comicion de expidia y que tenia que pagar a ellos entonces les ensene el recivo e igual me hicieron esperar para decirme que disculpe, conoci a alguien y me dijo que le hicieron lo mismo y despues tubo que arreglar con la comoyque hizo la reserva.. creo que lo hacen porque como uno lo separa a un precio mas económico que ellos no les agrada… cierto yo vivo en ny, todo tiene muy exajerado el precio me dio la impresión de estar en ny por los precio…"

"We had an amazing stay at Atma Villas – Holistic Wellness Experience. Everything was perfect! The place is very clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — they explain everything and make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. It takes about 20 minutes by tuk-tuk to get to Guatapé, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are delicious, and the dinners are absolutely outstanding — truly unforgettable! The staff is wonderful, and we would definitely love to come back again."

"host was amazing, house needs updates, big house with only 2 showers and a master tub, needs to provided better towels, kitchen paper towels and napkins, beautiful views, some of the mattresses are very uncomfortable, a lots of steps to go down with suitcases but.....you have John Jairo to help you in anything you need and he help us with everything, George was also very helpful and knowledge about the area, and also resolve any problems we have at the house really fast, he always answer the phone no matter what time it is, beautiful pool, house just need a little more love !!! "

"This place is a mixed bag. The staff service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent. 5 stars for the staff and service. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as nice as possible. The rooms are bare bones. Our room had no place to hang things or to place your suitecase. No soap for the sink. The shower flooded the bathroom due to poor design. And a generator in the room next door was grinding until 2:00 am! My daughter's room flooded when it rained. The property and rooms need work."
