"Days before I arrived, the host emailed me and asked if I minded switching rooms because current occupants wanted to extend their stay. I said okay. When I arrived, nothing was ready and I tried to communicate to the onsite staff that I was supposed to be in the upstairs unit. After waiting an hour I was led to a room that was not clean. "Property is beautiful and house is huge, great for large family. Pool area is very nice but listing does not mention the property is very steep and there are 80+ steps to get down and up from there. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary.
