All the Comforts of home

This was a Baby Moon family bonding trip. We made the best of it and had a lovely time despite noise next door. I would definitely book again and appreciated the communication.

The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was better stocked than my kitchen at home!โค๏ธ The view from the 16th floor was spectacular! The grounds and pool area were also beautiful! Had a wonderful time!

Fantastic place!

We had a wonderful week here! The property management was very responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location canโ€™t be beat and the huge patio and view was amazing!!

Great view and location!

Enjoyed a wonderful week in this fabulous condo with my daughters and granddaughter. Beautiful view and close to all the action, whether on the beach or walking for dinner and drinks. Well maintained with all the amenities needed. Would definitely go back again!

Beautiful view! Donโ€™t forget your binoculars. Lots of marine life to watch from the balcony. Beds super comfy! Spa was amazing as well. Will definitely return!!

Beautiful views and convenient to everything you need.

My family really enjoyed staying in this luxurious condo unit. It was well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels, access to beach chairs, and umbrella. The view overlooking the pool and ocean made for a peaceful morning and relaxing evening. We would definitely come back to stay again!

This place put the LUX in Luxury!! Spotless. A cookโ€™s kitchen. Amazing views of Dolphins, Navy Seals training, and Blue Angels flying by. Comfortable beds. High end linens. Superior communication with Host. You canโ€™t top this!! Weโ€™ll be back next year.

My family and I wanted to visit Pensacola to see my nephew while he was in Naval A School. We stayed at this property which was right on the beach, clear ocean view, plenty of amenities, heart of the strip, and only a 20 minute drive to the training base. 100% would recommend renting this unit!

Beauty in Pensacola Beach

Stayed at this condo in The Beach Club building on Pensacola beach. It was a fantastic unit with super responsive and friendly management/hosts. Had all we needed and then some! Only downside was the nationwide artic blast took away our beach friendly temps, but that is mother natures fault. We canโ€™t wait to rent through Beach Bum again and enjoy more that Pensacola beach has to offer.

The beach is great, the gym was nice but the pool was typically full of unsupervised children under 10 so we had to leave a couple of times with our well behaved family. Recommended for families during April break. Living space is smaller in person and street noise for front bedrooms is high on the weekend nights

Outstanding property right on beach and in the middle of all the action.

We have stayed at a lot of properties and this was one of the nicest, best equipment, with most amenities. Hard to recommend an improvement to the unit. Pensacola Beach was good for walking and plenty of bars/restaurants. Downtown Pensacola was a nice surprise with shopping and many places to eat, drink and people watch.

The only thing that could have been better was the weather

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here Feb 2021. We were hoping to leave Dallas behind and find some sunshine in Pensacola Beach. Little did we know that we were going to just miss a monster winter storm. Weather could have been nicer, but it sure beat Dallas! The property, however, could not have been better. The bedrooms were spacious, the view amazing and the instructions simple. We would love to return!

Everything was exactly as expected - and then more. Down to the last detail, this property was wonderful, comfortable, and in working order. We loved having the chair setup each day and the fact that we had to do the bare minimum upon checkout was lifesaving! The A/C worked perfectly, the extra ice maker was a bonus and the beds and dark bedrooms were so comfortable we rested more than we ever have on vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. While the kitchen may not have had spices and basics, it was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and such! The view is amazing! Atmosphere was quiet! Teens watched tv in livingroom and we never heard it in the master just off the lr. Everything work well and we all felt like we have enough room to enjoy each other and still have our own space. If we come to Pensacola we will book here!!!
