Condo at beach for Blue Angels Airshow

Great place and location to stay at. You can catch the trolley right there to casino beach and watch the airshow closeup without having to drive and find parking.

Great place!

We had a fantastic stay here! Perfect beach house feel. We loved how close we were to the beach and to fort pickens! Would recommend to anyone!

Cockroaches...

We stayed for 5 weeks in May. Initially we had good and friendly contacts with Jaquie, our contact perso. But, more or less from start of our stay, the appartment was invaded by large and unplesant cockroaches. Just to get an appointment with the pesticide control company took 1 week, and when they finally came, they entered the appartment without notifying us. Treatment did not give result, we had to live with the roaches during our entire stay. Most frustrating was thoughfhe complete NON understanding from our contact Jaquie.

Great stay, great location!

Great price considering it was right on the beach during spring break. The host was great and made everything so simple, and the place is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill vacation.

Great Rental at Pensacola Beach

In addition to being spotless (hard to do in sandy soil), with a great location, this condo was the most well organized rental we have ever rented. Whenever you needed something, just open a cabinet and there it is. Very logically thought out. The FREE TROLLEY stops outside. Park your car and use the trolley for transportation. The soundside beach is steps away (as is the pool), the gulf is right across the street. Great place to stay.

Beach getaway in Pensacola.

Great place to stay. The place was very clean and decorated in beach décor. We found the beach chairs left for our use and enjoyed the beaches on both sides of the property. Both bedrooms had their own private bathroom. Patio out the back of the unit great for having morning coffee and watching the sunset. Definitely would rent this unit again.

Definitely a place to stay again!

We enjoyed the location and the layout of this condo very much! It was wonderful to have the beach and the sound side so close as well as the pool close to our back door. The beach was only a short walk across the street, yet because there are no buildings across the street we had a wonderful gulf view! It was very nice having a half bath on the main floor as well as two full baths upstairs in the two bedrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and both beds were very comfortable! We also enjoyed having parking area underneath the condo, which allowed our vehicles to shaded and plenty of storage space for our beach gear. The condo complex was busy but still quiet. The check in/out procedures were so easy and Jacquie was very friendly and accommodating. She was easy to communicate with if needed. The condo was clean and organized and the kitchen well stocked with all we needed to cook with. It was nice having the WIFI and the air conditioner worked well! We enjoyed the private deck overlooking the peaceful water on the soundside. This condo gets five stars from us and we will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Fantastic Vacation

Great accommodations! Perfect setting between Gulf and Sound with all the amenities of home. All you need to bring is your bathing suit. Morning coffee sitting on deck looking out over the Bay, then off to the Gulf for seashell hunt and a dip in the ocean. After a full day of hot sun, it’s back to cool off in the a/c and maybe some lunch. Then an evening dip in the pool and watch the beautiful sunset. Then back to get cleaned up for dinner out to your choice of places to eat the best seafood around. Our favorite was conveniently just down the road at “Peg Leg Pete’s”!! Even though we had Hurricane Ida come through, giving 2to3 days of rain and storms, it was a great vacation for us celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary!

Relaxing stay!

The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and safe getaway. We enjoyed being away from all the activity in the main part of Pensacola beach. The kitchen is well stocked and it made cooking at "home" an easy and enjoyable time. We had planned on getting take out at least once during the stay, but we learned that many places won't do carry out once they are on a wait. Just FYI. Overal it was a relaxing and wonderful stay!

Would Recommend

Overall we were happy with this property and would probably rent again. I love the location as it is the second to last set of condos before you get to Ft. Pickens. It's a fairly narrow strip of land so the gulf beach (across the street) and sound beach (back of property) were very close. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. There were 6 in our group but we had plenty of seating and room to spread out. There was a bug issue but the property manager was very prompt in coordinating with a pest control company to spray.

It was exactly as advertised, and we loved it!

We were 100% satisfied. I loved that it was away from the crowds, which made our beach time wonderful. It was a short walk across the road to the beach and out of the congestion of tourist season.

Great place, the kids loved the pool and tennis court. Very cozy, master bedroom has great mattress. Bay is directly behind condo And beach is right across street, great views, .The kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans and utensils . We loved our stay

Best Location and Beautiful Views

I am not sure if Jacquie is the property manager but she is top notch! I have NEVER had someone who was so helpful and responsive! Jacquie is amazing! The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! We will be back!

Great access front and back.

We like the surf fish, I like to play tennis and both were available here. Easy access to the beach right across the street. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen. We would happily book again 😁

Beautiful property in the perfect location

We stayed here for our family vacation and were so pleased with the property. It’s located between two beaches, within walking distance of some restaurants, clean and comfy. We recommended this property to our friends and family. The manager gave us some great tips on restaurants and things to do.

Location, location, location

This condo is in the perfect location to be able to distance yourself from more populated areas of the beach down the way, but is in close enough range to get into the action if you want. It is literally one small condo complex away from the National Park, so it is quiet at that end of the beach were the condo is located. With only 24ish condos as part of this complex, there was hardly any interactions with others at the pool or tennis court. Just what we were looking for. It is literally less than a 5 minute drive to the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment areas. No need to bring anything but your swimsuit and clothes. The condo was stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, rafts, towels, and boggie boards. Not to mention the awesome bikes and paddle board. We enjoyed our time in the nicely decorated condo and the washer and dryer came in handy. We can’t wait to comeback!

Just Right

My family and I enjoyed the beaches so close on both sides, nice pool area and deck. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough for peace and quiet. Fort Pickens/Gulf shores park is just down the road and was very cool. The townhome was very comfortable and clean. We would stay again for sure!
