This luxurious Portofino Island Resort condo is located in Tower 5 on the 12th floor and has the most amazing GULF FRONT views you'll find on the island! Tower 5 is the most newly constructed building and also the most western tower, which gives the most breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

This spacious three-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom suite offers 2,034 square feet of space. Relax and enjoy the view of the pristine, sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from your private 472-square foot wrap around balcony. The condo features porcelain tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, floor to ceiling windows, gulf views from every bedroom and a built in grill. The fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area and living room. The condo is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find at home, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, ice machine, wine cooler, washer/dryer, hair dryer, basic spices and coffee. Beach towels, toys, coolers and many other beach accessories are in the unit for your use. Every room has its own full bathroom, plus a half bath in the common area. The onsite European Spa and Lifestyle Center offers a state of the art fitness area, treatment rooms, indoor spa, separate his and hers spa areas (with dry sauna, steam room, showers, lockers and lounge area), 2 lagoon pools with spas overlooking the intracoastal waterway and an indoor olympic size pool. Enjoy indoor dining at Coastal or relaxing poolside dining from Al Fresco Bar and Grill. You can play tennis or pickleball on one of the 5 rubico clay surface courts. All of this is on-site for your convenience, as well as a variety of water sport rentals, bikes, mini cars, golf carts and much more. During the summer you also have the option of hopping on the trolly to explore the rest of the island's dining, shopping and nightlife. Also, during the summer, Portofino offers kids night out, movies, crafts and many activities to keep your little ones busy. Heaven on earth

Nothing compares to the accommodations and the views like you get here. The unit is set up so make our stay as easy and fun as possible. From the beach towels and chairs, to the small things like salt, pepper and spices in the kitchen, to the quick response if we had a question. This is our second time working with Malinda and she works hard to make our stay as smooth and easy as possible! We will definitely rent from her again and soon!

Home away from home, a home one must stay at.

Beautiful views from every window. Wrap around porch facing the ocean. Supplied with beach cart, cooler, umbrella and chairs. Multiple beach towels. Also, supplied with paper towels, bath paper, coffee pods and regular ground coffee. Tower #5 faced the ocean front. Free sauna, fitness center and spa with reasonable prices, and friendly staff members. Large pool outside and inside, along with an additional pool by your tower. Comfortable beds and two inside parking spots. Most of all, our Host Malinda Metzger was extremely helpful and very informative. She answered all questions immediately. One of the best condo's we have stayed at, we were happy with everything.

Exceeded Expectations - highly recommend

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. All the amenities, included some beach accessories for those who don’t have them personally. Location was nice and quiet and relaxed which is exactly what we wanted. Each building has their own pool so you never feel crowded anywhere. The condo itself had literally everything needed. I loved that they also had utensils, plates, cups, etc. most places seem to have “leftovers” while this place had legitimate sets of things. As a note - our family is big on ice and wine; this condo not only had a wine cooler, but also an ice maker. LOVED that. The place is also perfectly spacious so you never feel like you’re on top of each other.

Love Portofino, not condo

I love the Portofino resort and all it offers. The resort is the best and beautiful. The room, not so much. 1. Black mode in all bathrooms 2. The showers did not drain, at least an inch of water at the end of a shower. 3. The legs on the dining room chairs were loose. 4. The air filter was very dirty. Maintenance did show up the day I contacted the host and tried, but it was more than he could do. Again, love the resort, but would not recommend this condo.

Loved the views of the beach in multiple rooms, perfect location away from busy part of town. Easy check-in with property management and nice people all around. Condo was very spacious and had everything one would need for the stay! Restaurants on site were delicious and teens thoroughly enjoyed all the pools! Would stay again!

Family Vacation Perfection

I booked this for a 4 generation girls trip. My daughter, mother and grandmother and myself. Everything was perfect! The unit itself, the amenities. So much to do for everyone and my grandmother just lived out on that incredible balcony for 4 days. I pray we are lucky enough to book again to repeat the experience!

Amazing property!

This condo is absolutely perfect and very spacious. Each room has an amazing view of the ocean. The host went above and beyond to provide a well stocked kitchen, beach toys, chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach wagon, etc.. The property is so clean and there are so many great amenities. This is the perfect vacation for a family or anyone needing some much needed R&R! It also speaks volumes to me when the house cleaners and the maintenance works say what a wonderful person the host is. Highly recommend this property and booking with this wonderful host!
