Everything at this property was wonderful - absolutely great views from the balcony, and a kitchen that was really well-equipped. I've stayed at a few condos where I had wished for more kitchen utensils, and this wasn't the case here - made for a wonderful experience.

Winter retreat

Properly is absolutely beautiful. Our only issues was security protocols when entering the property it seems I made more trips to guest services than I did to the hot tub! But it’s very safe resort type feel. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Parking is tight but once your in , it’s very cozy and comfortable.

Portofino Paradise

This is one of the best condos on Pensacola Beach. The condo is clean and well stocked for all your immediate needs. Grocery shopping, restaurants and tourist shops are close by. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions very quickly. Be sure to check out the website to see all that Portofino has to offer. Don’t skip booking this place! You won’t regret it! We will be back!

Portofino Island Resort

Condo and view just beautiful, the fire alarm going off twice at 1am New Year day and having to evacuate down 21 flights of stairs with an 82yr old woman was with limited info from the front desk was a bit of a turnoff . Kudos to the man at the gatehouse who brought a golfcart to get my mom back to the elevator and kept in touch by phone to assure us that the multiple alarm soundings were just malfunctions so we didn’t have to evacuate again. Over all a beautiful property.

Beautiful property the pictures do not do it justice at all. Looks smaller in the photos and the views from the rooms and balcony are INCREDIBLE. Will definitely be renting this specific unit again. Host was easy to talk to and accommodating to our needs!

Beautiful unit gorgeous view nice resort only negative would be comfort of sofas & TV too high up

Needs better understanding on advertising about additional fees, other portofino properties don't reflect those charges because they are including them in their price which makes you get a true number for how much it's going to cost just for the unit
