This beautiful Gulf Front townhome offers an unbeatable coastal retreat with breathtaking views from every room. Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it’s the perfect place for family gatherings, a relaxing getaway, and even your furry friends! Pet-friendly, this home welcomes your pets to enjoy the beach getaway alongside you.

For added convenience, the townhome is equipped with an elevator that provides easy access to every floor, making it ideal for individuals with disabilities or older guests.

The layout includes a bedroom with two twin beds, two rooms with queen beds, and a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed with an additional loft area. The loft is furnished with a full-over-twin bunk bed, ideal for extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a double oven, double dishwasher, ice cream maker, blender, rice cooker, and all the necessary utensils and cookware for preparing your favorite meals, including seafood boils.

For family fun, there’s a shelf stocked with games and plenty of beach toys and activities to enjoy. Each room is equipped with its own TV, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows and movies.

Step outside to the Gulf front and experience coastal living at its best—this townhome is the ultimate family-friendly, pet-friendly, and accessible retreat with all the comforts of home and more.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 31,2025 until August 9, 2025, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

*Minimum rental age 25. Renter must occupy property for full term of their stay.
**Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair.
***Reservation holder and card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, we cannot accept payments from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Wonderful, ocean front place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want ocean front, it doesn’t get any better than this! We so enjoyed the back deck. It was so close to the ocean you can just sit there for hours and feel like you are on the sand! I have no complaints. The place was so nicely laid out and clean, and the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. The elevator was so convenient, especially for my elderly mom. It was a quieter place, which we loved, yet close to all the good restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very large and has a well stocked kitchen. Masterbedroom bed was good; spiral staircase in master needs some protection on the metal steps so you don't hit your head getting into the storage area. Shower in masterbath is tight.Only issues we found was the tv is small for the large living room. Also sound is not very good on the TV. It would be helpful if there were instructions/information available for use of the washer/dryer and TV channels.We would stay again.
