Sunshine Beach House - Private Pool - 5 minute walk to beaches - Pet friendly

Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches!

The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house.

We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask for you to do any crazy chores.

No dogs in the pool. The dog hair clogs the filter which will burn up the pool equipment.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. If smoking in the house is discovered, a fine of $500 will be applied.
Pool heat and pump are controlled by the owner remotely. Do not attempt to turn either on or off on without prior permission. $500 fine if violated.

Relaxing!

This house has so much! Beautiful pool, beach volleyball, beach chairs, and a relaxing place to stay away from the excitement of downtown area. It is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants. Golf cart services are available on the beach (for tips). This house is located just a very short walk to a quiet beach. Looking forward to another trip!

Great location and fun property

The house is great for folks looking for a short walk to the beach and conveinient to Pensacola boardwalk. The pool shelf was great for our babies and the daybed downstairs was a great place hang out in the shade during the day. We would certainly come back!

Sunshine House and Pool

We really enjoyed our stay at the sunshine house. The property was nicely furnished and had all the amenities. Our favorite amenity was the backyard/ pool. The pool was immaculate and the patio had shade to escape the sun at times . The owner was very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed the bay beach down the street. You can walk or drive and park in the neighborhood. We would definitely come back and stay again

Excellent Florida getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Florida! The house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed to complete our stay including kids games, pack n play, beach items, etc. The pool is heated and was an added bonus of the house. The house feels very secluded and private, but only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very informative from the time of booking all the way through our stay. We will definitely try to come back and stay at the Crystal Beach Paradise again in the future! Perfect house for a large family or group of families to stay!

Enjoyed the stay

Eight of us traveled to Pensacola for 5 days of fun and sun. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Pros: location, access to beaches, pool was definitely a bonus, beds were comfortable, patio seating, volleyball net, owner response time Cons: only 7 forks and six beach towels, had to buy laundry soap, coffee filters and ice, cookware needs updated, grass/weeds overtaking the yard (including the volleyball area), many lamps had no light bulbs, broken beach toys need to be discarded.... overall just felt like the property needed a little TLC but we made it work and had a good time!

Exactly what we expected

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described with a large backyard and back deck/patio space. We lucked out with the weather in March and the pool heater came in very handy as the kids were able to still enjoy swimming in cooler spring weather. Rob was very attentive and responded quickly to all communications. We also love the fact that he owns the house next door. We will definitely be looking into staying here again with extended family with the two neighboring homes!

We absolutely LOVED this little place. The house is a little small but let's be real who comes to the beach to sit in the house. The owner was very upfront with the house being small. It was perfect for what we needed. It has comfy beds, showers and a full kitchen. The backyard of the property is AMAZING! We had so many fun nights sitting in the backyard playing games taking a late night swim and playing volleyball. The volleyball court is awesome! This location is perfect. It is a quick easy walk to the beach and a short drive to stores & restaurants. The property owner was fantastic with communication as well as offering suggestions on transportations and near by location. We can't thank them enough for providing a great experience for us. We will for sure be back again!

Quick trip with dogs

My daughter wanted to take our youngest dog to the beach for her last spring break in college. It was going to be 4 of us and then we added 2 more people. So we ended up with 6 adults and 2 dogs. Rob the owner was great with his communication. The place was in a great location, great neighborhood but the house is in my opinion too small for for 6 adults. It does sleep that many people and technically more if you want to sleep on the sleeper sofa. I loved the place but just sharing that I think best for a family of 4 or less or 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool was heated and great. Thanks

Our family loved the Sunshine Beach house! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and the home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and even a wagon to load everything into so we didn’t have to carry anything. The stairway across the street going into the water was an ideal spot to drink my morning cup of coffee. The swing in the back by the pool was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! My family will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was beyond everything that we needed. It was just 3 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed early mornings and nights on the front deck. Mid afternoons and nights we enjoyed the back deck and the pool. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It did rain a couple of times but cleared up in the evening. It was nice to take a golf cart ride to restaurants and other attractions. The golf cart company only takes tips. The gentlemen was extremely nice and courteous. We're thinking about making it our annual trip! Mr Rushing was a great host and checked on us periodically. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!
