"Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. "

"The location was great. Condo is very cute & well equipped. The balcony did have a broke beam prior to our arrival which we reported immediately through the safety concert option. The beam still had not been fixed when we checked out this morning. "

"I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind...

"The only comment I have is that I wish the pool was heated, because during spring break it was very cold. No one would as in the pool."

"We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!"

"Clean which is very important to us. Spacious. Kitchen stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher pod, laundry pod, and extra garbage bag but I brought our own. Know now for future reference. Would/will book again. Will recommend!"
