This place was very comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. I liked we were on the same level as the hot tub. We enjoyed it a couple of nights. Overall I would gladly stay here again.

Great location, the beach was nice and roomy and we liked it was private for just the condo. Wished the couch was bigger to seat more than 2 people and wished there was some patio furniture to sit outside and watch the ocean away from the pool goers. Other than that the stay was nice and easy!

Location of this property is great. The beach is right out the back door and it is close to so many attractions. An upgrade to the mattress and stove could be made but this would not stop is from staying there again. The ice machine is close, so if you have an early riser you will hear it.

Great place but difficult check in process.

I loved every thing the condo is beautiful and so are the views. Check in is late at 4pm so don’t get there early. For check in being so late the first night should be cheaper or they should allow early check in, we will be back though. I just hope they get the check in mess cleaned up

Clean room. Right size/price for our short stay. Key to beach gate was problematic, but we were able to get assistance. Shower made loud squealing sound when water was running but plenty of hot water. Washer unit sounded like a small plane trying to take off - you might want to get that checked out. Beach location perfect.

Beautiful Property in Paradise

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very clean and we loved the decorations and furnishings. The unit had a beautiful view of the beach in Perdido Key which I think is one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The grounds were very well-maintained and had an excellent view of the beach. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. We found the rate to be very reasonable as well. Perdido Key is great because the beaches are so beautiful, but it’s still not nearly as developed as Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Destin, so we could enjoy the beach in peace without any noise. We will definitely be back.

Nice unit everything was as described.The pool is just outside the door. There are only 2 units on the 3rd floor. I’d prefer a private balcony but we were aware it was on the pool level. It was clean and everything worked as it should.

You get what you paid for

We did enjoy our stay and the place was affordable. We saw complaints about the 4 PM check-in. It didn’t bother us too bad because the condo is about a mile from public beach access so we just hung out at the beach until the condo was ready. Pros: The price, especially for the direct beach access the condo provides. We had to take maybe 30 steps and we were on the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. It was peaceful. •You walk out the patio door and you’re at the pool •The condo is located in a very convenient. You’re about 15 minutes away from Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Cons: •The condo is dated and could use some touching up. There was paint peeling off the wall, some of the nightstands were chipped, etc.. the laundry machine seems to be new but it is very loud so you cannot run it when you’re trying to sleep. • the queen bed needs a new mattress. You rolled to the middle every time you try to lay down. •The patio is not a private patio. You walk out and it’s basically a patio shared by four different rooms with chairs put between the doors. So we basically shared two chairs with the neighbors so we really didn’t get to use the patio at all. •The ice machine is very close to the room so you hear everyone getting ice in the morning. We would stay at Windemere again but would choose a different condo next time.

Perfect location

Great location in a less busy part of the beach strip, but still had plenty around for food selections. Condo was right next to the pool with easy access to the beach. Only downside was balcony wasn’t private, but that wasn’t a big deal!

4 Night Stay

The room size was small but perfect for what we needed! It is on the same level as the pool, which is super convenient but is loud at night. That wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. There's a set of stairs right outside the balcony door that leads to the beach access. The ice machine was right next to the unit as well. We love Perdido Key- not as crowded but plenty of food options or a short drive to other cities for more options.

Love this place

I absolutely loved everything about this place. The only thing I would change would be the bed. The bed isn’t comfortable at all. We laid down and both rolled to the center. Everything was immaculate. Service was top notch.

The condo was nice, being by the pool …. If you like taking naps don’t pick this condo. People stayed in the pool till almost 10:30 PM at times. The entry door is also by the gate to the pool and it rattled quite a bit, Other than that the area was great. The patio door was tricky to lock but we figured it out.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. It was run down, broken furniture, door knob falling off, stove didn’t work. Washer and dryer barely worked. Also I accidentally left my son’s blanket there and informed them within thirty mins of leaving and they said they didn’t see it. So in other words they kept it!!!! Don’t stay at their property!!!
