This incredibly spacious 3 Bedroom, 3 bath end unit condo is located in the Riverside property of SeaSpray. It boasts an ahhh~mazing wrap-around balcony that gives panoramic views of Perdido Key's gorgeous surroundings! The unit overlooks the new marina and pool... How can you not relax with views like this? The master bedroom is furnished with plush King bed and has an en suite bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have a lovely Queen bed, so there is plenty of room at make sweet memories with family and friends. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your balcony, while sipping your favorite drink, made in a kitchen that makes you feel right at home. If you're up to a game with family and friends, there are newly surfaced tennis/pickleball courts on the property!
There are 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a kayak rack, a grilling area for your fresh catch, and boat ramp! Come and make memories that you can cherish forever at this condo with your family and friends!
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

Pool on Riverside was closed. Wet paint day of check in on exterior walls. Men on scaffolding outside terrace. Would have been good to know beforehand as fyi

Quiet location with quick access to activities

Stayed on the riverside for 3 weeks and enjoyed the easy access to the gulf side, pools, pickleball courts as well as the short drive to downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach. The office staff was responsive in answering questions as well as assisting with other needs. The unit worked well for us overall. Some of the furniture was worn and dated and we could have used more basic paper products upon arrival. The WiFi is very strong for working remote, however there was no streaming service available through the TVs in the unit. Some of the remotes did not work and the Dish network went out multiple times during our stay.
